Premium Tsuyuhikari Sencha Loose Leaf Green Tea

Tsuyuhikari ( “dew light” ) is a rare tea cultivar. This sencha green tea is produced by the Kinezuka family in Shizuoka, Japan. The Kinezukas are leaders in organic tea farming without chemical pesticides. 

この茶は「つゆひかり」と言う単品種の茶葉のみを使用した煎茶です。静岡で半世紀も前から化学農薬を使用せずに茶栽培に取り組んでいる有機栽培の先駆者である杵柄さんが、丹精を込めて作り上げたています.

Flavor Notes
Konbu and wakame seaweed notes, with light astringency and a rich umami.

昆布やわかめの海藻の風味に、軽い渋みと豊かな旨味が感じられます.

Preparation
Steep 1 to 2 tsp ( 3 to 5 grams ) with 300 ml ( 10 oz ) of 180-degree hot water. 

茶葉3〜5gを、300mlのお湯(約80°C）で抽出してください.

Care
Keep sealed between uses and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 3 months for the best flavor.

開封後は直射日光を避けた涼しく乾燥した場所で密封して保管ください。良い状態でお楽しみいただくために、3ヶ月以内にお使いください.
